Was told that I had a nail in my tyre and that it needed to be taken to a local tyre garage asap. When I did it was checked but not nail was found in the tyre. Another expense not needed on top of the already large bill.

Excellent work on my vehicle but the price of servicing this vehicle is much higher than I had anticipated. I have spent nearly £4000 on servicing in the last 6 months or so - I am hoping that this is not an annual cost.

Once again the customer service was excellent from the staff. I would have given 5 stars except I the dust cap on 2 tyres had been over tightened. The tyre pressure alert came on during motorway journey. Couldn't pump up tyre at services stop.
