We had excellent customer service from Alfie, he was welcoming, polite & cheerful, during our interactions & the call to notify us the car was ready. Alfie also kindly asked us a timescale for collecting our car. This was thoughtful and kind.

Service seemed satisfactory, staff very friendly and helpful. GPS tracking was wonky yesterday , may be related? Also I booked a 2-hour stay and wait slot, arrived well on time, but the vehicle wasn't ready fro nearly 2 hours 30 min,

The MOT and tyre replacement service had no faults. I am disappointed that I was sent 3x notifications to complete online check in for my Mini and it was not even registered, nor were the complementary add ons honoured by the Hedin team.

I asked for a quote from the body shop for the minor cosmetic work to my car( scratches and dent) when I checked in online as well as when I dropped off my car. I am still waiting for the quote 5 days later

Comfortable armchair, great service from pleasant staff, plenty of coffee and I didn't have to wait too long.
