It was an easy visit. Vehicle check and recovery of misplaced oil filler cap. Good check and video feedback. Would have liked an earlier phonecall about availability.

The staff were friendly and the service was completed in a timely manner. However, an hour or so after the service I watched the service video. This showed that one of the tyres had a severe fault. The fault was so severe that I then had to ...
